when are u gonna ditch the soothie/gumdrop?

on the gumdrops website it says it ok to use until they have teeth..but I read somewhere its only for newborns and by DD's ge they should be using something else...but DD will not change for anything...she wont take anything else but these pacis...if anyone else still using them? are you planning to stop? ps. the good thing is she only wants it when shes going to sleep...

I think some ppl continue to use them. DD in the past 2 weeks stopped liking them except only occasionally when she is falling asleep. Even then she sometimes won't take it. So I guess she weaned herself?
