LOL, DH is doing it tomorrow! We're alternating time on the treadmill and the Shred.  He was on the treadmill tonight being my coach - I can't wait until tomorrow when I can say "come on honey, YOU can do it!" 

Tylenol... check.  Going to find it now, thanks for the tip!
