Am I slaughtering your name here?  Sorry if so.

I'm wondering where you are in your testing - I know you had b/w...just curious how it's all working out for you!

yep, it's two niki's, one nine LOL. But no biggie, I knew you meant me.

My CD12 u/s was cancelled last cycle because the radiology tech went home sick. So I go for that next week (Thursday).

This Thursday we have a formal sit-down with the urologist for H's SA. His results came back normal, but this is a detailed review of what they tested for.

After the u/s, assuming it's also normal, I'm also going to push to just get the RE referral. By the time we got in to the RE in my area we'll be at the year mark of TTC, so it makes sense to just get the referral and move on for further testing assuming everything stays status quo.

From talking to other friends who have gone through this it seems the next step is the RE referral to get an HSG, a 7DPO test and a post-coital.

Right now I'm at the beginning of cycle 12 (month 10), H and I are still in shock that we're here already and we're just feeling really lost. I really thought we'd at least have had something by now, but not even a sign that we can get pregnant. Just a bunch of normal tests and no explanation so far.

So you've been doing all this testing through your Ob/gyn?  I'm surprised he sent you to a urologist since YH's SA results were normal - do you know what his reasoning was?  Also, do you know what they're looking for in the CD12 u/s?

I'm on cycle 10 now.  I've had CD3 and CD21 b/w, an u/s to look for cysts b/c I spot pre-AF, an HSG, and DH has had a SA.  All my results have come back normal so far, with the exception of my thyroid.  I was very slightly hypothyroid so I've been on Synthroid for 5 weeks now.  But, I've been told this was slight enough that it wouldn't have affected TTC.

My Ob/gyn referred me to an RE and I made an appt. for the beginning of July.  I figured I would try to relax for these last two cycles (b/c I've been stressed all along), but I'm also torn about whether I should just bite the bullet and go now. 

I'm told from the TTTC board that I've had all the standard tests already and that few doctors do endometrial biopsys and post-coitals anymore b/c they can be unreliable/unhelpful.  My ob/gyn told me this also.  I guess I'll see what the RE says, but I am bracing myself for him to want to start treatment...but we'll see.
