I need your prayers

I have an urgent appointment with my OB in about two hours because I noticed Layla's movements have decreased the past couple of days, even after I eat or drink OJ.  I ate something bad on Thursday that made me very sick so I hope that doesn't have anything to do with it.

 

And maybe I'm just being too protective/paranoid, hopefully that's the worst of it, if so then I'll ask the OB how to assure myself things are ok so that I'm not running over there every other week.

 

But please cross your fingers that she is ok and not in any distress....

Thanks so much everyone!  I will be leaving for the appt in about an hour.

 

I felt a couple of small movements from her during the past half-hour, which gave me huge relief, but she used to move much more before I got ill.  So I'm gonna get some answers today - no way in hell I could have waited until the 19th for my next scheduled appt.

I'm sending good thoughts to you and Layla!  For 4 days last week, I felt a lot less movement but my doc said as long as I'm feeling movement every day, it's fine until I get a little further along.  I guess it was just a growth spurt, because he's back to normal now.  I'm glad you're still feeling her, even if it's less than normal.
