Parenting after a Loss

What are the teething tabs?

Can anoyne tell me more about them?  Lilly has started teething and it's breaking my heart to hear her moan in her crib all night long.  I wish I could explain to her why she hurts:(

I've seen lots of you post that the teething tabs have helped your LO.  What exactly are they and how are they taken?  Is there a certain brand I should look for?

Re: What are the teething tabs?

  • We used Hylands Teething Tablets.   They're just small pills that dissolve under the tongue.  They worked okay for DS.  Certainly worth a try, imo.

  • I use the Hylands tablets too. I don't know if my guys are teething yet, but they sure seem to help mellow them out!
  • Dude. TYLENOL.

Try the teething tablets too, by all means! But don't worry if you need to give her some tylenol... one doctor said in an article I read that it's like having a really horrible toothache- and we take vicodin for that crap, ya know? So while I hate giving my kid meds, if they are really in pain, it's well worth it...:)

  • hylands. I think it helps. The pain seems to come and go. I plan on resorting to Tylenol when it seems really bad. DS seems to like the teething tabs.
  • I bought them and never gave them to DD after I researched them online.  Seems like some babies have had some bad reactions to them - and I wasn't willing to take the chance.
