I survived!

I survived my first full week back at work and I am exhausted but excited to spend my weekend with Emma.  Now that I am a mom, I have a different perspective on teaching.  I always remind myself that my students are someone's child and to always keep that in mind even when they are aggrivating me.  But now that I have to send Emma to spend all day with my parents, I realize that I am the person the parents send their child to spend all day with.  It made me feel even luckier to have my job.  It was definitely great to get back to work.  I miss nesting though! I lurk at work but dont post.  Hope you all had a great week!

So glad it worked out well! We are so fortunate to have great jobs that work with a child' schedule and parents to watch our children. I feel so blessed that the boys will either be with DH or my mom. It makes it so much easier for me to work! Big Hugs. Enjoy your weekend with Emma!
