Hypnobirthing?

Hi everyone,

  Just wondering if any of you have had, plan to have, or know anyone who HAS had a baby through hypnobirthing?  I am thinking about it, even though I'm not at all against meds. 

In a nutshell, hypnobirthing is done w/o drugs, and you are (after training) put in a trance or light hypnotic state to be able to completely relax and relieve/avoid the pain. I've heard that some women who've had this absolutely loved it, and recommend it.

 Are any of you out there? Can you tell us about your experience? Thanks...

    I did go natural and used Hypnobirthing!! ?I had a GREAT experience with it. ?PM me if you'd like more info. ?I have my birth story and everything. :) ?Good luck!
