OK had IVF consult...phew

Uhm...wow...information overload?

OK so it looks like we are going to be starting soon...IVF nurse consult is May 13, then  we'll go from there. I just have to get my culture done but DH and I got all of our bw done today. DId your DH get a semen culture? It says that in our pamphlet for one of our tests but maybe b/c he got a semen analysis done a year ago he is OK and doens't need one?

It looks like we are going to be doing ICSI b/c I'm unexplained and respond very well to meds, he doesn't want to take any chances without using it. I'm so nervous of genetic disorders, etc. However the pamphlet says that the odds are so slim...

Sorry I'm just rambling!  I think I'm just nervous/excited/anxious/nervous...a little afraid of it all.

Who else is starting IVF in June?

Good luck to you! Your husband will definitley need a cultlure. mine had done a SA 2 months beforhand, and was asked to do a culture as well. They test for 2 totally seperate things.
