Need some help please

I need help on how to set this up. Many months ago I remember a friend telling me there was a way to have everyone go in and sign up for meal deliveries after a woman lost her child. 

I am wanting to set this up for my community because a friend has a very sick child and we are wanting to all help.....but I don't know what the website is.  Can anyone offer up any help on how to set this up? I  want people to be able to go in and select a date and add their name to that date on a calendar so people know who is cooking on what day etc
