ok so DS is walking and now in the phase of learning to run which leads to bumps and bruises as you all know. Well tonight he was trying to run and fell and his his head on the couch...hard part of it....got an indentation and of course a big bump and some rug burn from the fabric...but he wouldn't let us keep ice on it too long.....i guess it's ok if he's acting fine.  right?  the joys of a toddler!!

I'm sure he's fine.  Our kiddo hits his forehead several times a week it seems like.  No matter how closely we watch him, he's always banging into something.  If you're really worried you can look up the symptoms of a concussion just to be sure.

DS has hit his head, hard, a million times.  I made sure to ask my pedi when to be worried.  As long as he doesn't act super tired, his pupils aren't uneven and he's acting okay then there's no need to worry.
