Well, the 4 month sleep regression bus slammed into our house but good.

The last couple of nights have been awful..taking forever to get them down. They keep falling asleep and then waking up a few minutes later. Hope at least stays down once we finally get her really asleep, but Henry was up every few hours last night and the night before. I don't know if it is a classic 4-month sleep regression or his reflux issues, but he keeps farting and burping and waking himself up. We are seeing a specialist next week..god I hope he can help him because I can't last for long with this. I had to call a client in London at 8am this morning and I sounded like a blithering idiot on the phone.

I'm not looking forward to the 4 month wake.  Sometimes, it already takes me an hour to get him to sleep.  It doesn't happen very often, but I'm not used to making him sleep.

I hope it goes better tonight.

Emma is going through the same thing...it stinks.  I hope it gets better for the both of us.
