I'm not the best when it comes to things in the kitchen. ?That's usually DH's area. ?

I want to make some breaded chicken bites for DS. ?I basically know how to make them. ?My question is if I want to make a lot and freeze them how do I go about doing that?

Do I bake them first and then freeze so that I can just reheat them later. ?Or do I make them up and freeze them so tat I cook them when needed? ?I am seriously clueless...?

Oh and if anyone has any ideas on how to make/cook little turkey meatballs I would be forever?grateful if you would share the info. ??
