I don't know if I can do this - thought I would give it a try just for the hell of it - I made it 5-10 minutes. OUCH! I am hurting! DAMN! She does kick A$$!
Here is my question - how do i motivate myself to not quit like tonight?!
The first time I did it I only made it through circut 1. The next time I did circuts 2 and 3. Circut 1 is definitely the hardest IMO. Now that I know that, that's what keeps me pushing through to the end.
It's hard and she'll kick your ass, but I keep telling myself that it's GOT to help! I just finished and I'm still kind of shakey from it!
I will say that, if you can't do it, stick with Anita Seriously, do the best you can. If you can only do a few push ups (my personal downfall) just hold the position. Doing something is better than quitting.
Don't be afriad to start slow. You are not used to working out at that level. Do as best you can, and you will improve as you go along. But don't push yourself too hard to where you get injured or unmotivated.

That is exactly how I felt - I was like - WHAT AM I DOING?! I CAN"T do this! But yes I can - just like other said - even if Jillian is saying NO LONGER THEN A 5 SECOND BREAK - I can break for as long as I need and then pick back up. THANKS GIRLS!
I completely agree with Erika. I think that circut 1 is way harder than the other two. I only got through circut 1 and half of 2 the first night, and just kept adding more each night. Now I can get through it. It's still rough, but it does get easier. She's a tough one, that Jillian!
I just think, each exercise is 30 seconds long. so even if you are hurting, you have no longer than 30 seconds to do it!! And as Jillian says, take a 5 second breather here and there so you can finish.
Also, try not using weights and doing it without that for a while.
just think a healthier you, a healthier future pregnancy. a FUN summer of running around with the little one and not have to sit and just watch. an easier bathing suit season!!!
