DS Not eating much during the day, normal?

Yesterday, DS ate only about 4 times for maybe 10 minutes a time, he slept a LOT yesterday.  But then at midnight, he drank 10oz of BM from a bottle!  We kept giving him 2 oz. at a time and he gobbled up about 10 total.  Still woke up at 2:30 for a feeding though.

Today, again, he's eaten maybe 3 times so far today for 10-15 minutes a time.  I'm worried that he's not eating much, but I feed on demand and until he stops himself. 

Anyone else have this happen?  Just nervous he's not eating enough during the day, though I obviously can't force him to eat!

My LO eats every 4 hours during the day (6 oz of formula) but in the evening he is hungry every 2-3. I don't know if he is just getting ready for the night because he STTN or what.

I think these up's and down's are pretty normal as long as he is gaining weight and having enough wet and poopy diapers each day.  It doesn't help me to stop worrying though when my 2mo old doesn't seem to nurse as much at times either, especially when we go so long between weigh-in's(I do not know why we don't weigh her more at more??).    

I wonder how much my DD gets at each feed, I know she'll take 4oz from a bottle at a time.  But then this morning, my mom reported she took 6oz...which explains why my breasts were so engorged when I got to work!!  I always doubt she gets 4oz. from nursing in 10-15min, but maybe she does.  Who knows!
