2-seat stroller question

Sorry as this has been asked a gazillion times but I'm going to test some out this weekend (long story).  Anyway, I'm going to check out the BOB, Phil&Ted and Jane Powertrain.  I've already looked at the Graco.  Any other recs?  TIA!!

Re: 2-seat stroller question

  • I test drove a ton... my top picks were the Phil & Ted (which we got), Baby Jogger city series (seriously easy to use and smooth ride.), and Bumbleride Indie Twin (smooth ride but bulky fold, but overall nice!).    We went with the phil and ted b/c it's so slim and I didn't want to take up half the sidewalk when walking in manhattan.  my dh doesn't like to be in the way. Confused
  • What exactly will you be using it for?

Just around the neighborhood? Malls and vacations? Running?

Around the neighborhood, malls and vacations.  General purpose, IOW.  No heavy duty work like jogging or hiking.

  • I know this is super late - but if you are still looking, the Peg Perego Aria Twin  (60/40) split is awesome for a toddler and an infant - it fits a car seat, its side by side, fits through door ways, is super light and easy to manuever. Highly recommend! (the only downfall is that you can't really take it off road - but it doesn't sound like thats what you would do with it!)
