What the hell does DH do to the swaddle

It's like the damn thing explodes. I wrap up DS in 10 seconds, nice and tight. If I hold him, it's fine. DH has him, I turn around, I turn back and bam!

And he can't redo it. He says the blanket's too small or DS must not like it because he fights it. I try to explain DS can't really control his limbs yet so he's not really fighting it and if he will take note the baby calms down right after the swaddle is finished.
