I was just laid off and so now I am a stay at home mom. I had to take my 1 yr old daughter out of day care(which I feel bad for doing, but we could not afford it any more) anyway I want for her to interact with other babies still. Any of you a stay at home mom willing to schedule play dates?? Please let me know, Thanks so much! Also I would love to make new mommy friends!!

I'm not in Katy, but I think the library story time and parks are great places to meet other moms/kiddos.

i'm in the little patooties, a katy meetup group. not sure if we're taking new members right now but its pretty active. they usually end up splitting up in age groups so you'd meet some similar moms.
