I say working moms but really I mean any moms, I just say working because we have even less time with LO's, but when I was on maternity leave I still didn't have time so I guess anyone..do you ever do anything for yourself and if so when do you do it?

I work from home, so I'm in between I guess.

Anywho--yes I go and get my nails done, every 2 weeks on Friday or Sunday. I go out to lunch, shop, etc. with the girls either Saturday or Sunday afternoon. I get my hair done when necessary (i.e. trimmed, relaxed, etc.)

When I need me time, I tell DH and go do what I want to do.

I work part-time and I mostly only get to do things for myself when my husband gets home from work or my LO is sleeping. I've started to get used to this tho.

My lunch hour at work is all "me" time, I do a lot of shopping for myself and errands during that time.  Otherwise during the week I don't really have any other me time, when I get home in the evenings I pretty much take over all duties with DD to give DH a break since he is SAHD.  Initially when I went back to work I felt guilty about being away from DD so much that I didn't do anything for myself on the weekends w/out DD but over time I've adjusted and have started to do more, like meet friends for dinner or get my hair done.

my DH is great about this - as long as I give him a heads up on when I need the time he will adjust his schedule to be with Katie....I normally tell him a week in advance and then remind him a day or two before hand.  I normally take my time on a Saturday morning or a Sunday afternoon.

My friends are great because they know I am a mommy now so they give me plenty of notice.

Same.  If she is especially fussy and I need a break, DH takes over holding her and I take over the chores.  So I guess that is alone time?  I can't complain.  DH is doing just as much as I am, except he mainly does chores, and I mainly take care of baby.  We both know it will get better once she's a little bit older.

I've needed a pedi and a hair cut for idk how long. Me time is when I lock myself in the bathroom with the shower running...whether I'm in the shower or not!

This, and I guess the time I'm nesting at work (while pumping).  On the weekends, I hate to be away from DD, so it's my own fault now.  I prefer to take her with me when I run errands.  Also, DH still gets nervous if he's left alone with her for too long.
