Do you think she went the surrogate route:

A) because of medical reasons (can't find any articles about it)

because of "vanity pregnancy" issues (aka...gaining weight)

i think she had alot  of trouble with her son- getting pregnant & carrying him. so that's probably why.

I hope maybe it was due to her age. Not sure how old she is. I would HATE for it to be because of vanity. Really? She would need to get over herself.

I would guess medical reasons.  She is 44.  & with a 6-year-old son, it does make me wonder if they "waited" for these simply because they couldn't get pregnant.

i'd hate for it to be B too, but it's the first think of with celebrities...but of course, i would think it's more than likely A.

but ah, i'm a skeptic...those celebrities...tsk tsk tsk!

i see her in the park pretty frequently but never noticed she was pregnant. unless she's really early. hmmm. i need to read more.

either way, I'm sure it's medical!

The story I heard on the tv about it, they said it was due to her age, she is like 44 he is 47. They apparently paid the lady tens of thousands of dollar to carry the girls and she is 7 months pregnant

I think it is great for them.  Hopefully they have a strong enough marriage to stay together and enjoy and raise all 3 of their kids.

I'm sure it's because of infertility issues. They've been trying for no. 2 since their son was born, and he's 6 now.

It said on tv she is 44 so probably #1.

I like her. She hasn't gotten a nose job to look like everone else.

I  remember reading that she was so difficult during her first PG that Matthew said they would never have a baby again...kind of saying because there marriage wouldnt make it.

I had to read twice to see that it said "surrogate" and not "IF" - sometimes words just dlow in a random stream for me when it comes to pg issues!

I bet it's age/medical related.

I absolutely love SJP but  I thought they were having big time marital problems....I'm not sure having twins if that is the case is exactly the smartest thing to do, but it's none of my business!
