I read an article the other day about how more people eat sweets and junk food while watching The Biggest Loser than they do watching other shows!

I believe it! They talk about food the whole time, makes me HUNGRY! lol

Problem is, now they are not looking so big anymore. I get a little nervous thinking they are getting pretty darn close to my weight! Time to put down the ice cream...
