Since a couple of ya'll asked here it is.  I tried it a couple weeks ago and it was so yummy dh asked for it again.  Super simple and quick which is great when I have 2 babies who almost always need me just as I turn the stove on to cook.

I actually made this not long after you said you were making it for dinner in the "What's for Dinner" post... it was really good! And so easy.  We decided we'd nix the green peppers next time though.  And shoot, it'll just be that much easier!

I made this too!  I didn't do green pepps though and put in WAY too many noodles, but was still yummy!
