White pimples on baby's bottom?
So my DD has white pimples all the way up the crack of her bottom. Not little tiny ones like she had with her yeast infection, but bigger. Her bottom really isn't red or anything and she's acting totally fine, no fever or anything. Any idea? Diaper rash cream doesn't seem to be helping. I'm waiting for the doctor to call me back, just thought I'd see if anyone's little one had something similar.
