My next door neighbor just killed humself

This is so sad.  We just moved in last year and I hadn't gotten to know him very well, but he was such a nice guy and seemed so happy and friendly...  I never would have suspected anything was wrong.   BUT.....  both he and his wife lost their jobs last year and I know they've been struggling, so I would guess that's part of why he did it.  So sad.  He has 3 college-aged kids too.  And their dog just died a few months ago - the wife still tears up talking about that.  Imagine what this will do to her!  I'm so sad for their family.  :-(

How awful.  We had a friend's husband do this two months ago after the loss of their infant child. It's so sad what some families have to go through. My thoughts are with their family.
