AHHHHHHHHHH. I think I have shingles!!!!! I called the doctor and they couldn't see me today, but I have an appt for tomorrow. My mom thinks it is too! YUCK! Anyone else have shingles while pg?

ME!!!!!  I can't believe it, I thought I was the ONLY one in the world!!  (I'm VERY sorry you have it though!)  It sucked!  I had it only on my lower back/spine, it itched like crazy but was SUPER painful.  My DS was rubbing cream on it for me before I knew it was shingles,I was so worried, but he never got chicken pox.

It went away pretty quickly once I got the meds for it, but I feel for you.  Where is it?  I hope its not shingles!!

It is on my left side towards my back. It is horrible!!!!!!!! I am in so much pain. I called the dr today and they called in a prescription for an anti viral cream. I can't wait for my DH to pick it up. I see a dr tomorrow, hopefully they will confirm or deny. But I just googled it and I am pretty sure that is what it is. I am sorry you had it too. i wouldn't wish this on anyone!

OUCH.... i had shingles when i was 12 and BOY was it painful... i couldnt imagine having it being pregnant. Good luck to you!!
