I'm roasting our extra turkey from Christmas tonight. I've never roasted a turkey before (we do smoked and fried) and this one is 20 pounds.
I found a recipe on foodnetwork.com and a disposable foil roaster. The turkey looks great. It looks like a picture in a magazine. I'm really excited about that part. I just have no idea how to get it out of the roaster. It's 20 pounds! I'm not sure I have a container that will hold it.
I'm freaking exhausted and could have been in bed for the night 2 hours ago, but apparently I get to cut up a turkey tonight. It looks so pretty though.
