If the child is under 17 and their "privates" are being exposed to adults 18 or over, then YES. Dr Phil told me this on his show the other day. Also, don't send crotch shots via your cell phone, kids these days call it sexting.
At least there were no pubes. I don't get being okay with those tickers flashing the fake animated goods to everyone but thinking the words peen or vadge are bothersome.
