wheat allergy?

 i am currently milk/soy free to see if it helps my LO but now i suspect that wheat may be a culprit (more orange poop and increased rash around mouth/nose). anyone have experience with this? i am not sure if i can go wheat free and BF along with dairy and soy. what will i eat? i already feel so limited. if you did eliminate wheat, did you notice changes within days or weeks?

My LO didn't have a wheat intolerance, but, I noticed when I ate eggs or chocolate (usually dark chocolate truffles), my LO would get a rash.  When I eliminated those foods, the rash cleared up after about 2 days.  BTW, orange poop could be normal.  My LO usually had orange-brown-tannish colored poop.
