Does your milk change over time?

over the last couple of days my pumped milk is more white and less "creamy". Is there a change at this time when all the colostrum is gone? I also have a lot of milk and DS was having some green poops but now I am back to feeding one side at a time and that seems to help.

Sounds like foremilk. It looks more watered down. Hindmilk is creamier looking with a yellow tint. When you first start a feeding you get the foremilk, then you get the hindmilk.
