I like Emilie but only if you live in a french country or Quebec. It is not pronounced the same way as Emily. If you live in the US, it will never be pronounced correctly (or spelled correctly). Stick to Emily. It doesn't make any sense to me to give it the french spelling and then pronounced it in english.

(I grew up in Quebec and am bilingual).

So, I would go with Ava. Sophie is a very cute name but I am not sure it would work for every adult. Some adults are still on the 'cute' side and then it would fit. Others are not. Ava works for a child or an adult.
