ouch - plugged ducts?

I feel several small lumps on my left breast and it's sore. I've massaged them at each feeding today and still they don't feel better. No redness, just sore and I can't burmp my LO on that side since she'll press against the breast. How long do I wait before I call the doc and can I be doing anything else to help it?

Massage, warm compresses, hot shower (water beating on the spots), pump a little.... KEEP WORKING AT IT. If you don't unclogged it you can get mastitis
