My boobs get lumpy..Help

Ok Im new at this and I wanted to know am I doing the right thing by massaging them as I pump? I try and work out the milk after I feed her.

I feel lumps and they are sore..is this my glands filling?

You're doing the right thing.  You can also massage them before you pump as well as during.  If there is one that's particularly hard, you want to try to get it out so it doesn't turn into a clogged duct or mastitis.
