Did you feel sick right before you got AF?

I feel so sick, I think I'm all hormonally messed up from weaning and PCOS, b/c I feel hung over. I'm not PG either. No idea why I feel so bad.

I did have a short time a couple of months ago where I just felt terrible, like you are describing, but I honestly can't remember the circumstances and whether AF was involved.  Hope you feel better!
