It's simple, really.  If you are sleepy, go to sleep!!!!  Unless you are at work.  Then, stay awake.

That is true...but i want to make sure i am good and tired before i hit that bed bec, i want to just crash, i don't want to waste time tossing and turning...that is all! :-)

This is why I am up so late all the time! DH usually goes to sleep a few hours before I do. I just can't get to sleep as early as he does. I've tried!!?

:-) Ya and my DH is such a light sleeper i keep him up....he is gonna be in a world of hurt once i really start getting be and REALLY uncomfortable! :-) I feel bad for him.....

Oh that sucks about being a light sleeper! I always feel bad that I'm going to wake DH up. There was a few days there though he was sick. He had already slept in the bed and had sick germs in there. So I decided to couch it for a couple nights cause I did NOT want to catch what he had!!! So now he asks if I'm going to come to bed haha. Yes DH, I'll be in when I'm sleepy....

For the most part DH and I are sleeping in seperate beds right now.  I always tuck him in, but he has to be up for work at 430 am, and I am have such insomnia issues, its not fair to him...

Yeah that's how I feel too as far as it not being fair to him, but he's the one who insists I come to bed when I'm ready to sleep! I'm not complaining at all, but I feel bad for him.
