Sore nipples - help!

What's your best remedy? DS was incorrectly latching for a couple days before I realized it, and now I'm super sore!

lanolin and if that isn't cutting it..the softshell cups with lanolin.  Both of those are available at target.  I prefer the medela lanolin- it spreads easier that the lasinoh. And the softshells are these plastic cup things that go over your breast and have a hole for your nipple and keep fabric from rubbing against your nipple.  If target is out, most nursing or baby specialty stores with nursing supplies have them for around $20

Lanolin and time, unfortunately. Mine just needed to heal, which takes a while when you've got babies eating constantly! Hang in there. Those cooling pads helped too (Ameda makes them, I think).

Soothies help as well (but not at the same time as the lansinoh).  Put them in the fridge...
