is it safe to use. DS has a rash that is getting worse (all over his body) and I'd like to put this on tonight. I plan on calling doctor in the morning.

It should be fine. I had to use it on Zane as an infant for eczema.

Yup.  That is exactly what our Pedi told us to use when Keanan broke out from JNJ's no more tears products.

I used the generic Kroger brand on Landon when he was 2 months old for his eczema.
