Nystatin cream

Hi there - I have constant burning and pain in my one nipple, so my doctor prescribed Nystatin cream for me to apply.  If you used this, how quickly did you see relief?  It's been 4 days and I am still hurting :-( - also the doctor said it's okay not to wipe it off before BFing, did you hear the same thing?  Just being paranoid, I am sure!

    I'm sure its fine, DS was on oral nystatin last week so the cream shouldn't hurt him.

    DS is on oral nystatin and I rub it on my nipples after each feeding. Its been 5 days for us and I am starting to notice a little less pain today. I was told to use it for 2 wks though
