Does this rash sound familiar?

DS has a rash on his trunk and it's teeny tiny red pin prick looking dots all over his tummy.  That's the only place I see it.  He also has a very slight fever and his cheeks are really red.  His nose is runny and he has a cough that we just gave a nebulizer treatment for.  Other then that you wouldn't think he was feeling yucky because he's running around playing like nothings the matter.  The rash has me worried because I haven't seen anything like it.  He just got over a rash a couple of weeks ago and that at least looked semi normal for a toddler rash!

Roseola?

Roseola?  Chris had it last week and he had a fever that spiked to 104.5.  Once it went away he broke out in a rash that looked like tiny red dots, almost prickly heat rash-like.  We took him back to the pedi just to make sure that was what it was and it was confirmed.

Nope, not Roseola.  He had that last year and he hasn't had a fever at all this week until tonight.  And it's only 100 degrees so not really even a fever.  Uhhh!  I'm so ready for him to be 100% healthy again!  I feel like he's been sick this whole month!
