Well, I'm starting this heartburn thing.

I thought I could avoid it but nope.  Guess I'll have to have some creamy ice cream to sooth it!

    I have started the heartburn thing as well.  It woke me up this morning it was so bad.  Hope the ice cream helps yours.

    I have had it terribly the whole time... but it seems to be getting worse. I carry berry flavored tums in my purse. :( they are still gross though.?

    Ugh - I hear you - I take Pepcid AC 2x a day, then eat tums/mylanta for breakthrough HB.  Seriously, it's ridiculous.

    Ice cream does help actually- LoL... My mom told me to stay away from big meals and to eat little meals more often... and DON'T eat anything too late...

    Try rolaids soft chews. Way less nasty than tums. I also do the pepcid AC twice a day. It's ridiculous.
