XP: 4 Month Old Playful At The Boob

Anyone experience this?  My DS will suck a few times then unlatch, stick his fist in his mouth and turn up to me and smile.  I am soooo tired of fighting this battle.  There is no way he can be getting enough to eat, but I just can NOT keep him on for a decent amount of time.  Help!  We already feed in a darkened room b/c he gets distracted.

Me! ?This is my current nightmare. ?I get pissed, then he starts laughing at me....what can you do? ?I say ok, if you'd rather eat your fist then drink your milk then you're done....until I have to feed him again in an hour.
