What dress with these shoes? PIP

I shouldn't put the cart before the horse, but I liked these shoes so I bought them.  Now I need a dress to wear them with.  They're navy blue and I need a dress that isn't super formal...just something simple and preferably mid-calf length.  I've scoured my fave shopping sites and ebay and can't find anything:(  Anyone want to take a stab at it?
