Off Topic: I am been an emotional wreck today already

and now I find out that Harry Kalas, the announcer of the Philadelphia Phillies, passed away today.  The tears are just flowing.  It's a sad, sad day for Philadelphia.

    Me too! I am kind of glad I'm stuck at work and can't watch the game right now. I would be a hysterical sobbing mess! He will be so missed.

    Sorry about your announcer. I know as a sports fan that they are such a great part of a team.

    Me too. Can't resist. I'll rush home in 20 minutes to turn on the game and probably watch the local news tonight, which I never do. Do you think there will be some kind of ceremony as a tribute? I bet the Phils will wear patches on their uniforms the rest of the season.
