I'm not a fan of the cut-outs.  I just think they seem too young, but that's for me so take that for what it's worth.

I did see some cute, simple one piece suits at old navy and jcrew.  jcrew has some longer tankinis, too.

Personally it's NMS.  When I see women in those cutouts I always think that they really wanted to wear a two piece but needed a one piece for some reason.

Your tan-lines will be ridiculous(assuming you tan at all. Even when I wear sunblock, I still pick up color). It could be hot on the right body. It's not very motherly, though...

If you can wear that, then I am totally jealous of your waist and hips. Honestly I think it will highlight any flaws in those areas more that most bikinis would.
