What do baby hiccups feel like?

I haven't really felt the baby move yet, but for the past 3-4 mins there has been a funny (very slight) feeling in my lower abdomen, off to the left side.  It almost feels like something tiny is snoring in there....that is the best way to describe it....or maybe like a tiny cell phone is on vibrate.  It happens at constant intervals, very frequent....so I know it is not a gas bubble.

Could the baby have hiccups???

    For me, it feels like consistant little taps. I haven't really felt them this time around. DS had hiccups all the time!
