innie or outie?

When can you tell if your LO will have an innie or outie?  Right now, my LO looks like she has an outie?  Is this what most belly buttons look like at this age or can you clearly tell if it is going to be an innie?

I don't know when you can tell, but DS has an outie.  He has an umbilical hernia though, so I wonder what it'll be like once that goes away.

Finally at almost 5 months I am starting to see C having an innie belly button. Before that it looked like an outie.
