This is my second attempt to buy new cell phones. The first time the person who answered the phone had difficult speaking and understanding english. He took my order, but no phones.
I call today and no phones had been ordered. The girl took my order (2 phones on my account, dh and me). This girl tells me there is an $18 dollar fee for them to upgrade my phone in their system (per phone) and wants to also charge $12 S&H fee.
Been with Sprint since 2001 and never paid such fees before. I told her I will go to verizon before paying their fees. I'm on hold while she is getting someone on the line who can cancel the fees.
If I didn't get a discount from my work, I would have switched a long time ago.

We told Sprint to suck it about 6 months ago. I had nothing but problems with them from day 1. We're with ATT now and have not had any issues.
