I should have been getting into the shower.... 6 mins ago... BUT, me and my kitty babies and all curled up on the couch with a cozy blanket... So, I am going to wait awhile and just go to the family dinner with a pony tail today

We haven't dyed any eggs and DS knows nothing about an easter bunny...there's always next year.

We MUST be on the same schedule today haha In my mind, I am imagining 2 shirts... both may still fit... or, neither may still fit.

I've made and have been eating what my family calls easter pizza, most people here in NY call it pizza rustica.... IT IS DELICIOUS and It is my favorite eastertime food...only problem, it has ham, salami, and pepperoni  (also ricotta, hard boiled eggs, cheese and sausage)  in it, but I rationalize that it was cooked for 30 minutes at 375 so all the nitrates have been "cooked away"

1) I don't want to go by myself. DH is at work.

2) I don't think I can stand to be jam packed into church today.

I didn't want to take a shower, my H guilted me into taking one. And I already ate a Cadbury Creme Egg, yum.

My 2nd confession:  The thought of peeps and cadbury eggs make me gag...I've tasted them both, and I just don't get it.

That I would much rather be going to my SIL's & BIL's house today instead of my Aunts But we already told her we would go... ughhhh Do NOT feel like going there. I love her very much but she is an awful cook.. Thats my confession for the day.. We just have to suck it up I guess.. Going to eat at my parents stand at the bw before we go..lol Happy Easter everyone!

When I was packing DS's Easter basket last night, I kept a box of Peeps out and hid them for myself.

I have three:

1) We have a bunch of people coming over and I didn't do laundry, so I'm wearing the same pants I wore yesterday.

2) This is my first time making ham, and I'll be honest....I'm not even in the mood for it now.

3) Easter candy totally grosses me out, except Cadberry Eggs.  Everything else...blehhhhhhh.

we're hosting a potluck at our house and i bought a lot of extra chips and candy just so that i can have it all when the guests leave...that way hubby can just think i overbought accidentally...

Today is the anniversary of DH and I "officially" being in a relationship and deciding to move in together. I'm so emotional lately that I'm scared if he doesn't mention it on his own, I'm going to give him the silent treatment all day.

Me too, Helen, me too! I've been paranoid/clausterphobic since I got PG - and being at the biggest Catholic church in the county on a high holy day is not my idea of fun - argh.?

I have two in the same realm: 

1) My dad's family is really boring.  Even my dad thinks so.  Dinner starts at 5pm and everyone usually gets there around 4pm.  My dad has is all worked out so that we get there right before the food is laid out.

2) My little sister is allergic to cats and my Aunt has two of them.  My sister always rides with DH and I so that when she has a reaction and we leave early.

DH is away at sniper school and both of our families live 3200 miles away sooo I am going to sit on the couch, eat reese's eggs, sun chips and coke all day and not shower.

I had to wear jeans to the Easter service at church last night.  Thankfully, Colorado is pretty casual when it comes to church (there was a guy wearing a Broncos jersey...) so I didn't feel too bad.
