Can DS get a sunburn through the window?

He's napping in his bouncy chair and the sun is blasting through the window to the top of his bald little head and his cheek.  Can he get a sunburn that way?  The windows are old 1970's windows, not fancy ones with Low E.

Got the worst one in my life like this. Unless you have UV filter glass...looks like you do not.
