What do you think of diaper cakes?

Did you get a diaper cake, or have you given one as a gift? Do you have pics of it? Do you think this is a good gift to give?

    They taste gross!  Really dry.  I usually just lick the frosting off and leave the rest.

    I got a diaper cake at my shower. I thought it was a great gift! Let me see if I have a picture somewhere....

    My sister made me a diaper cake for my shower. I thought it was a pretty neat idea. I would suggest asking if she has any preferences for diapers, lotion, etc, though.?

    Thankfully she registered for lots of diapers (several brands), pacifiers, teethers, lotions, diaper creams, and soaps. She also put a few travel size kits of soaps/lotions on her registry. So I'm going to buy all of those things and put them on there :)

    My sister made me one for my shower and we used it as a decoration for one of the tables.  Here is a pic from my phone, so it is not the best...

    The flower looking things were little socks, and there was lotion and some other things on the inside.
