WTF, DH wants 2 under 2!

So I'll admit, DD has been really great.  She's much more easy going than we could have ever expected.  I understand how blessed we are to have a good sleeper.  And that does make it easier to think about another but I was thinking more when J's closer to 3.  Anyone else's DH want another sooner than you thought?

    i thought i was pg when DD was 4 mos.  i freaked out!  DH was like, "why not, what's the big deal."  MEN!  so yes, he's ready whenever.  me, not so much YET.

    H was ready to TTC again when DD was a few weeks old. LOL. If he had to do the work and be pg for 9 months it would be a different story.

    My DH has already told me (months ago) he's ready when I am.

    DH wanted 2 under 1.  I've been trying to hold him off as long as possible, but he's wearing me down Smile  DS is also a great baby so DH is all for another one whereas I'm afraid the second will be payback!

    Nope which is good because I think I would go crazy!  DD is a great baby (not the best sleeper or napper) but great to take out places and is a happy baby.  I am scared that #2 will be a little terror!  We've even joked about having just 1 now instead of 2 like we'd originally said.  I just can't imagine going through the first 9 months of not STTN, waking up to nurse all the time, etc.  Not to mention I have almost BF for 1 year and can't wait to have my body back to myself (after almost 2 yrs b/w being pg and bf)

    My husband wants to start trying for #2 as well and I am nowhere near ready for that. ?I want to devote my time and life right now to DS and really enjoy him and I hated being pregnant so I'm in no hurry. ?

    Before we had DS, my hubby wasn't even sure he wanted more than one child and now I'm the one who is dragging my feet on even thinking about #2. ?
