Anyone else spot early on?

I started spotting on Wednesday night.  Went to the dr. yesterday and everything is fine - they did bloodwork and an u/s.  But I have to say its very scary.  It seems to start up again if I do much of anything so today I am in bed and thats pretty much it.   I am still under the care of the RE and they said if I start to bleed again to call them so I am hoping if I do take it easy it stops.

i had spotting from week 6-7 and all was ok.  it def was scary though!

I had a bit of bright red spotting when I was 5.5 weeks and then again at 8.5 weeks.  Both times it was only noticeable when I wiped but the fact that it was bright red scared the crap out of me.  After the first episode I had my first appointment and an u/s all was well and the dr. told me no sex/exercise for two weeks so I'm back in that waiting time frame again.  I can't wait to get the heck out of first tri!  I've been very fortunate to not have morning sickness but the spotting and the lack of regular exercise is making be feel really crappy.  Good luck to you!

I spotted right after BFP and then again at 6 weeks after my internal US.  As far as I know everything is still ok.  I know it's so terrifying and I hope everything's ok for you too!

I had spotting between weeks 6 and 7 too.  Very scary for sure but everything has been fine so far.  We got to see our little babe again and everything was great.  I am on progesterone supps now though because when they did my blood work after spotting it had dropped quite a bit from what it was---still was in the normal range though.  So I feel like if I hadn't spotted, we wouldn't have known to put me on supplements so it worked out well then.

I had spotting when I was almost 7 weeks. In my opinion, it was more than spotting and it was dark red in color. It started one evening and went away a few hours later. I went to get an u/s done the next day and thankfully, everything was ok. I haven't had any spotting/bleeding since.

I am going through the same thing right now! I am 5 weeks and 2 days and I started spotting a little bit yesterday which continued through the night. It has been mostly brown with a little light pink. I am freaking out a little bit but trying not too. It makes me feel better to hear others are having the same thing so hopefully it is normal.

I had it last week right after sex and then the next morning. I went to the dr. for my first prenatal appt. and told him about it and he didn't seemed concerned.

I had really heavy bleeding around my 5th week, and then spotting for several days after, but so far all is well... heartbeat and everything!

I spotted 4 days before I got my BFP and I've continued to spot since then.  Some days it is super light other times is heavier.  It has been a total of 6 of 7 days now.  For the most part it has all been brown. 

I have my first appointment on Thursday so we will see what the Dr says.

I spotted from weeks 4-7.  I had some heavy bleeding in week 9 and I am spotting again in weeks 11/12.  I have a uterine blood clot that is slowly working its way out of my system.  Just keep your OB posted and if the spotting changes and becomes heavier and more red, go to the ER just to be safe.

I just got spotting after my internal exam an ultrasound on Tuesday and I am still having some today.  It is really scary.  I just wish it would go away.  Like you if I lay down then it won't be there.

Not sure how early on you are asking, but I did spot for 5 days prior to getting my BFP.  It went away two days before I tested.

I have been having some brown spotting since Tuesday morning. ?I had an U/S and they said everything was ok and that I should not worry. ?Brown means it is old blood. ?I am trying not to worry but it is not easy it is scary when you see some spotting.

I spotted early, it started like a week after my BFP (not quite five weeks) and then again at like 5 1/2 weeks. They told me to take it easy too and I haven't spotted since then and everything is going fine. It was super scary for me too, but I found out that it is pretty common!?

Hi, first off take deep breath and relax. I have had three episodes of light bleeding since the fifth week. Terrifying! ?When I asked my Dr. he said that this was normal and as much as 40%-60% off 1st trimester pregnancies experience this.

My ultrasound last week showed an active little gummy bear! He did tell me to take it easy for a few days after an episode and when I am sitting on the couch to elevate my legs. If you experience any severe cramping or passing clots call your Dr. right away, otherwise try to relax as much as possible. Good luck, and happy pregnancy!
